Hi, it’s Monica here. My role as Resourcing Partner is to partner with the business to search and bring in extraordinary talent. I take care of our H Beauty stores; the ultimate beauty playgrounds. We’re growing across the UK so it’s an exciting time for us. When I’m not busy searching for the greatest talent, I’m busy ferrying my kids from one football training session to another, volunteering at my local food bank, cooking and experimenting with different combinations of flavours and enjoying the outdoors.
