Bio

Hi, I’m Shadi. Harrods is a luxury department store with so much heritage, a place like no other. It’s where memories are made by customers and hard work is recognised amongst colleagues. I work very closely with our hiring managers to find the best talent to elevate and drive our business to the very best it can be, while also creating a memorable experience for our applicants. I oversee International Business Development, Visual Merchandising, Creative, Publishing, Marketing Communication and Studio. On a personal note, I’m a huge foodie, and the Food Hall is definitely my favourite part of the store – there’s something for everyone there! Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, regularly cooking and hosting dinner parties for them all. I also love eating out and trying new restaurants and cuisines. We recently marked a significant milestone in our apprenticeship programme by hosting our first-ever Apprenticeship Graduation event, celebrating colleagues who recently completed their apprenticeships. Apprentices from various departments, including Retail, IT, Buying and Merchandising, and Supply Chain, took part in the event. The evening featured speeches, caps and gowns, photography, and the presentation of awards and goodie bags, leaving everyone delighted with the experience.
