Hi there, my name is Philip Khoury and I work as the Head Pastry Chef at Harrods. I moved to London from Australia and joined Harrods five years ago. I was attracted to the size and sophistication of the business, and since then I've had some amazing opportunities, including producing a book on plant-based baking. 

We always have exciting projects to work on, like developing our popular celebration cake range, the opening of the Angelo Musa patisserie with a world-renowned pastry chef and collaborating with luxury brands on food concepts and pop-ups.
