🌎 Where did you grow up, and what food do you love?

I was born in Venezuela but grew up in La Coruña, Spain. The culture there has shaped who I am. I love their paella, tortilla, and especially callos, a Christmas soup with white beans, chorizo, and vegetables. 

Christmas at home is always a big family gathering with lots of food, laughter, and joy. It’s these moments that remind me how important traditions and community are, something I also carry into my work at Harrods, where building relationships is everything.

📺 What are your current TV obsessions?

I’m completely hooked on K-dramas! Romcoms like Lovely Runner and Crash Landing on You are my favourites, but I also enjoy action shows like Bloodhounds. 

Watching these shows has even inspired me to learn Korean. Being curious and open to learning new things, just like this, also helps in retail management, where every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to grow.

🌅 How do you start your day?

My mornings are all about mindset. I start with a glass of warm water, thanks TikTok!, and a quiet moment of prayer. 

It’s a simple routine, but it sets the tone for a positive, focused day. In retail management, having a clear mindset is so important because you’re guiding a team and setting the energy for the entire floor.

🛍️ What’s the best part of working at Harrods?

I love the variety of experiences here. I’m an HMP (Harrods Management Programme) graduate and currently on the RMP (Retail Management Programme). 

These programmes don’t just teach you how to lead, they immerse you in the Harrods culture of excellence, teamwork, and service.

🧥 How would you describe your style?

Working in fashion, I’ve collected timeless, versatile pieces, wool coats, tailored blazers, and my favourite black cardigan with silver buttons. 

My approach to style mirrors my approach to work: cohesive, considered, and professional. In retail management, this translates into creating a polished, confident presence that supports and inspires your team.

🎶 Do you have any passions outside work?

Yes! I sing at church as a worship leader, which is one of my greatest joys. Leading a choir teaches you patience, empathy, and how to motivate others, skills I carry into my retail management career every day. 

Whether it’s guiding a team or creating an exceptional experience for a customer, leadership comes in many forms.

Appreciate every moment and don’t forget how far you’ve come. It’s a reminder that growth, personal and professional, is a journey.
