Accounts Payable Assistant (2 year fixed term)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the accounts team at Harrods.

About the role

The purpose of the role is to  be responsible for the Accounts Payable processes for a designated area of the business. The role reports into the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager and will support the accounts team with invoice processing, statement reconciliations, query resolution, debt collection and relationship management.

Please note this is a 2 year fixed term contract.

About you

You will be a motivated self-starter who has strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties, as well as excellent organisational and planning skills. You will be a confident communicator who is able to work effectively with others and under their own initiative. You will possess the ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will have strong PC literacy, including word, excel and SAP. Finally, you will have good attention to detail which will be evident through keeping mismatched invoices to a minimum and ensuring that queries are handled quickly.
