We are looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join the Harrods team. The Asset Management Analyst is a key member of the Asset team responsible for optimizing the performance of Harrods software and hardware assets.

 

About the Role 

 

The Asset Management Analyst reports into the Asset Manager, and is accountable for distributing and solving any requests made to End User Computing which includes the Harrods JML process. You will be supporting requests for hardware or software from Harrods employees, and maintaining health stock levels of spares kit and up keep of the Harrods CMDB. You will be regularly monitoring the performance of existing investments, tracking market movements, and identifying emerging trends to make informed recommendations on portfolio’s.

 

You will be accountable for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all physical and digital assets owned or used by the organisation, which includes gathering asset details such as serial numbers, purchase dates, warranties, and software licenses. This role will include conducting periodic asset audits to verify the accuracy of the asset inventory. You will be completing device build and configuration activities in line with the agreed policies and standards, and monitoring the statues and performance of our hardware via appropriate toolsets.

 

About You

 

As Asset Management Analyst you will have strong understanding of asset and configuration management, with effective organisational and analytical skills to support requests. You will be flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities whilst having the ability to perform duties effectively and independently. You will have experience of working in complex, high pressured environments. Above all, you will have a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values.

 

You will also:

  • Have a strong understanding of SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Have an understanding on how to build laptop and mobile from JAMF and Intune (autopilot) for JML process.
  • Have an awareness of Active Directory, Intune, JAMF, Operational Intelligence and Zebra Profile manager.
  • Knowledge of asset management tools such as Certero or SNOW.
  • Good working knowledge of Power BI with the ability to produce informative reporting.
  • Have knowledge of Fresh Works – Fresh Service ITSM tool.
