Assistant Manager - Beauty Events Team

About You

You have fantastic communication skills and take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You are very knowledgeable about all things beauty and are great at developing quick and long-lasting relationships. You may have experience working in spas or hotels.

What to expect

You will support the Sales Manager to achieve the highest level of sales and service via the three mediums, Beauty Concierge, Facial treatments and Events via the two masterclass spaces. You will identify opportunities to curate events which will be compelling for customers from an experience, education and commercial perspective. You will also be operationally responsible for the execution of activity. You will coach and develop the team to drive sales and leverage all beauty brands and services available to achieve the Beauty plan
