About You
You love to motivate a team. You are energetic and take care in your approach with your team. You are confidently able to lead by example and you are able to drive your team to exceed KPIs and customer expectations. Your written skills are just as strong as your verbal skills. You have a genuine passion for going that extra mile, not just with customers, but with your team by training, mentoring and supporting them in their career development. 


What to Expect
It is a contact centre environment based in Hammersmith. You will be leading a team of customer service advisers with the support of the customer service manager. Your communication with customers will be over the phone, through social media. You will be working collaboratively with the other customer service assistant managers to build on and initiate strategies to continually strive to succeed. We work in accordance to the opening hours of the store, so it will require you to be flexible with working a mixture of early, mid and late shifts.
