Beauty Supervisor

The Beauty Supervisor will be responsible for the operational success alongside the Beauty and Medi-spa Business Manager. You’ll be responsible for providing treatments to the highest possible standard, as well as supervise and lead a team of therapists whilst providing a caring friendly, and efficient service to our clients. You’ll build a loyal clientele base, achieving both service and retail targets and supporting the salon management and team in the day to day running of the business.

You’ll implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professional operations are in place in the beauty department. You’ll be responsible for maximizing opportunity within the Harrods Hair and Beauty Salon, delivering quality, driving revenue, occupancy and profitability through increasing client spend.

About you

You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience within a luxury salon or spa environment. You’ll have a professionally recognized qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3. By having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll be able to provide exceptional guest service skills. You’ll demonstrate success in leadership and a quick adaptation to new procedures.
