About You

You will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the consistent delivery of the retail, client and employee engagement strategy to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. You will drive and support the team to fit and alter garments to a luxury standard expected for our customer. You will have previous management experience and relevant technical knowledge within the fashion industry such as pattern cutting and garment construction/quality. You will be confident in people management and policies as well as being computer literate.

What to Expect

You will be responsible for managing a team of experienced fashion fitters to deliver an exceptional fitting service to our customers. You will drive the service through the KPI’s and SLA’s for the team whilst adhering to the daily sales targets. You will be working in a fast paced environment which is constantly changing and it is important to find creative solutions to any problem with a can-do attitude.

The Bespoke Alterations team consists of Quality Controllers, Tailors and Fitters and it would be necessary to understand the complete service journey. We are very much team focused and we believe that sharing success makes for a happy work environment.
