We’re currently looking for a full time Brand Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family in our Arcade department. This role is a fixed term contract for 1 year.
 
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate professional to join our team and lead the charge in making our brand even more iconic. About the Role


As a Brand Manager you will be the face of the brand you represent for our customers and will be responsible for providing a holistic shopping experience that is as unique as it is memorable. You will understand the importance of building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with both clients, your own brand and numerous internal stakeholders. Additionally you will be confident when handling large and complex transactions and will thrive in working with leading industry products. You will not only specialise in your own brand but will also have an in-depth appreciation of the wider industry and Harrods itself.

About You


As part of our Harrods Retail team, you are responsible for creating world class customer experiences in store. The face of our iconic brand, you are driven by passion for our customers and delivering best in class service.

You’ll also –

  • Consider your department as your own business by ensuring all visual merchandising is aligned with Harrods' and the brand's expectations. Check and maintain the environment ensuring it is clean, well presented and inviting at all times 
  • Fully adhere to the company's well-developed selling ceremony with all types of client, from walk-ins to pre-booked appointments 
  • Delivering operational excellence by independently ensuring that all aspects of stock are managed to maximise sales, avoid missed opportunities and to minimise shrinkage
  • Dress for your day – by that, we ask you to dress according to our Harrods Standard, which outlines the company dress code, etiquette and standards when working in a customer-facing area 
  • Being on time and present is also part of showing your passion and respect for our customers as well as your colleagues. We can only truly be one team if we support and respect each other 
  • A flexible approach with regards to hours and days of work; our standard shift pattern in store is 5 days across the 7-day week.
