Brand Manager - Moschino

We are recruiting a passionate Brand Manager to join our Men’s Wear department.

You will represent and be the face of Moschino one of the most emblematic Italian Luxury Brands, as well as providing a complete shopping experience that is unrivalled by our competitors. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build long-lasting and strong client relationships, helping you improve both sales and service. Your knowledge and engaging personality are what we need for this role.

Furthermore, your product awareness will also help you to drive business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded, while maintaining a high level of pride in standards both front and back of house. You will complete weekly trade feedback to internal and external stakeholders to provide insight into brand performance and to ensure the on-going success of the brand.

About You

With a background in customer service, ideally within fashion, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

• A confident, composed approach.
• Previous experience in customer service and building client relationships.
• A genuine interest and passion for Moschino and Harrods.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Comfortable working towards targets both individually and as a team leader.
