Brand Specialist - Staud

As a Brand Specialist, you will be the ambassador of your brand, delivering a world-class and memorable customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales by building a loyal client base, strengthening relationships, and elevating the brand’s presence across the store. 

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You will work collaboratively with your team and wider store network, while also taking ownership of your brand’s performance and development. 

Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy, and you will also: 

• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty. 

• Host and support training sessions for colleagues, sharing brand knowledge and best practices. 

• Identify opportunities to increase sales through events, clientelling, and cross-store partnerships. 

• Deliver exceptional standards of visual merchandising and ensure strong product availability through effective stock management. 

• Act as the key point of contact for brand representatives externally, compiling detailed weekly reports and building strong, trusted relationships. 

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours across 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to surprise and delight customers through an innovative approach to service. 

• Have excellent organisational skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

• Communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbal. 

• Use an analytical approach to understand performance and identify opportunities to grow your brand.
