Business Intelligence Developer

About You

• You will have thorough and demonstrable expertise in SQL development, including PL/SQL, SSIS and some MSAS.

• You will have strong experience of modelling and developing Data Marts for business reporting. 

• Experience of reporting tools, such as Business Objects, would be a distinct advantage. 

• It would also be beneficial to have experience of surfacing SAP BW data, along with any experience of working with cloud Based BI, specially Azure

What to Expect

• The Business Intelligence team is responsible for the design, delivery and support of all Business Intelligence offerings at Harrods.  It is responsible for gathering business requirements, shaping them into the appropriate design, completing the necessary development and following through to implementation and support.  It is a multi-skilled team looking after various technologies involved in the BI landscape.

• You will be fully involved in developing the full Microsoft BI stack, ensuring the data is modelled for dynamic, Customer-focused Analysis with all the necessary, efficient ETL processes.

• Given that the team is multi-skilled and uses a number of technologies, including SAP BW & BO systems, there will be opportunities to learn and participate in the full range of technologies.
