We are supporting our concession partners in the search for an experienced Business Manager, supporting and leading sales for the luxury make-up brand.

Responsible for a team of 7, you will be an adaptable leader, able to tailor your sales strategy to suit variations in environment and clientele. Commercially astute, you will draw on CRM data to build your strategy and be proficient in compiling trade and stock reports.

With strong business acumen and commercial insight, you will remain aware of opportunities for publicity and promotion, encouraging demonstrations and link-selling across your team. With an eagle eye for detail, you will ensure the ongoing maintenance of hygiene standards that are paramount to beauty products.

Undertaking a proactive approach to your role, you will actively build and develop the brand and your team, meeting and exceeding targets. A strong communicator and relationship builder, you will foster cohesion in your team, as well as establish an impressive client book.

The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar Business Manager role. Luxury retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably within Harrods, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.
