About You

To deliver the ultimate customer experience through sharing product knowledge and offering a personalised service to each and every customer, you be up to date on market trends and competitor activity.

You like to bring a positive attitude to the environment, have attention to detail and be people oriented whilst motivating a team in delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting sales targets

What to Expect

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinding of meats, using butcher's cutlery and powered equipment, such as electric grinder and band saw.

To portion and prepare meat in cooking form such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat and ensuring the availability of wide range of quality well cut meat for our customers

Responsible for ensuring that the finished product is of the highest quality and fit for sale within Harrods, carrying out temperature checks on meat and recording.

Managing and logging stock levels, stock management in regards to rotation of stock and to serve customers at payment point and operate the till in line with cash handling procedures. You will adhere to all Food and Safety Procedures and adhere to stock control guidelines. What is important?
