What to Expect
The Carriage Attendant provides the highest level of customer service through greeting and giving a positive and memorable customer experience to all of our customers. They are the brand ambassadors who welcome all of our customers who visit, being both the first and last point of contact. 

What is Important
You will provide a ‘wow’ experience through your interactions with all guests, acting as an aid to the customer’s journey and their overall experience of the store. You will provide a warm and genuine welcome to each customer, initiating their shopping experience with clear direction, enthusiasm and positivity ensuring each customer enters and leaves the store feeling special.
