We need exceptionally enthusiastic team members to support us in Christmas World 2018 starting in August. We have a number of full time, as well as 3 day and 2 day part time roles, all of which are offered on a fixed term basis.

You will need to deliver a unique Christmas Spirit experience with exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to get every customer spending and creating memories of Christmas in Harrods. You will need to be super positive, effortlessly dealing with multiple customers without losing your festive cheer in this exceptionally busy and demanding environment, but not forget how much fun it will be to spread the cheer and jingle bells for all to hear…. You really will have the opportunity to express your 'elf.

You will be reliable, proactive, and always eager to help, stepping in wherever needed to make sure Christmas World is running smoothly and efficiently. Whatever our customers need, you will leap to offer help and advice about our fantastic products, ensuring that every customer has an unforgettable Christmas experience. We need people with exceptional service, sales focused, creating experience for customers and great etiquette.
