Concession Assistant

Thrive on a dynamic and varied day?

We need a dedicated Concession Assistant to help our Womenswear & Childrenswear concessions, including Fashion Lab and Shoe Heaven, run as efficiently as possible. A background or keen interest in fashion is expected.

You will produce concession performance reports, analysing the return of concessions and gauging how and where they could improve. 

You will be highly organised, capable of adapting to changing priorities and balancing multiple responsibilities – it will be up to you to manage all general administration, such as managing correspondence and arranging responses when necessary, supporting the team and your line manager whenever required, as well as taking notes in meetings. 

Using your excellent communication skills, you will build relationships with the PR and Media Sales team to deliver editorial information to strict deadlines.  

As you will be creating PowerPoint presentations and reports, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be vital and experience using CAD would be beneficial but not essential. 

In all your work you will demonstrate your keen eye for detail and impeccable standards, while meeting each and every deadline.
