Concessions Manager - Food

About You

You have a true passion for food, are commercially savvy with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in buying, onboarding and management of concessions is essential. 

With your excellent commercial skills and experience in contract negotiation you will aim to maximise margin contributions, analyse concession performance against objectives and look for opportunities to add value. Working closely with Marketing, Merchandising and Retail teams you will deliver the Harrods concession vision to the customer.

What to Expect

This is an opportunity to develop, implement and manage the concession element of the Harrods Food commercial strategy in order to deliver sales and profit.

You will identify appropriate concession brands to partner with, overseeing all aspects of the negotiation, on-boarding and day-to-day management. Fully accountable for driving the concession strategy you will strive to exceed financial KPI's, build and nurture key relationships both internally and externally and lead the launch of concession product range in line with overall strategy for Foodhalls & Restaurants.
