We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM & Loyalty team here at Harrods. This new role will be responsible for supporting the exciting growth of our channels and divisions at Harrods.
About The Role
As the CRM Executive you will play a key part within the CRM team and supports both the BAU team and CRM Managers with delivering on the BAU strategies across all channels (Email, SMS, Push and Direct Mail). This role will work closely with the Marketing, Creative/Content and Loyalty teams on supporting their promotional initiatives for our Restaurants and Private Shopping CRM strategies.
You will also;
- Own AB testing plan to optimise email campaigns
- Improve relevancy/personalisation of all email through appropriate customer segmentation and targeting
- Monitor campaign responses and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
- Build complex segmentation, target groups and campaign flows and supply data to various teams when required
- Work with other stake holders to continuously improve campaign segmentation and flows to work for the business needs.
About You
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience in owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel as well as developing strategic and execution of marketing communications. It is important that you have experience in complex segmentation, dynamic content and use of more than one channel other than email.
You will also have the following;
- Previous experience in using ESP (SAP or salesforce preferred)
- Good PC literacy (word, excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels
