We are looking for an experienced CRM Analyst who will use their creativity and initiative to help internal clients to bring customer insight and relevance to their communications and to truly understand what we can learn about the customer using analysis and evaluation.

About you

Thanks to your technical and analytical expertise, you will demonstrate a real understanding of how to translate business trends, challenges and opportunities into actionable recommendations, keeping in mind the business opportunities and risks. You’ll also be responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of looking into our campaigns – measuring impact versus control groups, A/B tests, and determining and explaining uplift where possible. You will support decision making with teams including CRM, Creative, Content, Marcomms and Harrods.com, across our Digital and Strategy directorate.

To be successful, you must have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SQL, and preferably experience of using Google Analytics too. Candidates with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Marketing would be preferred. More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience analysing and measuring highly personalised omnichannel CRM activity and customer journeys.
  • Ability to identify key insights from large datasets and explain them concisely and clearly to a non-technical audience and to make clear recommendations as a result of those insights.
  • Experience using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, viewing, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with statistics, linear algebra, probability theory, regression models and some knowledge of predictive and non-predictive models.
  • Creative problem solver with an inquisitive and logical approach.
