Customer Strategy Analyst

You will be supporting the Customer Engagement Team in designing communications strategies, campaign planning and measurement of the impact of communications. The business will consult with you to discover insight and receive suggestions that help us to communicate effectively with the millions of customers with whom we have often deep and long lasting relationships.

You’ll work in a new and exciting Customer Strategy Department alongside brilliant analysts, strategic thinkers and customer research professionals - at the heart of decision-making across the business. You’ll also get to work with and learn from one of the best data science / economics professors in the world to learn or to grow your skills in causal inference and understanding the impact of activities using ‘clinical trial’-like methodologies.

Thanks to your technical and analytical expertise, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of how to translate business trends, challenges and opportunities into campaign targeting and benefits, keeping in mind the business opportunities and risks. You’ll also be responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of targeting and measuring the impact of our campaigns.

To be successful, you must have both strong experience of and a passion for SQL. You must be proud of what you know but also keen to take your abilities to the next level. We’ll teach you the rest. Candidates with a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Marketing would be preferred.
