Distribution Systems Manager

About You

Experienced in change and project management, you will be a proven systems manager able to demonstrate leadership, drive change and ensure the smooth running of distribution systems. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and have a strong operational systems background with extensive knowledge of their use across distribution. A skilled multitasker and continual improvement seeker, you will be instrumental in evolving system solutions across distribution to deliver optimisation, both in terms of localised change as well as business transformation programmes.

What to Expect

Based in Thatcham and responsible for both the Knightsbridge and Thatcham sites, you will be an ambassador for continuous improvement and lead the way in ensuring operational continuity. Working closely with the operations teams to ensure business as usual is maintained as well as providing ad-hoc project management, this role is responsible for the monitoring and measurement of systems performance, ensuring both service levels and Key Performance Indicators of your team are achieved. In addition, you will be a champion of change and be able to identify and deliver improvements across internal systems.

What Is Important

Acting in the best interests of the operation to articulate requirements, you will be able to establish your role as an influential member of the project team and liaise with internal and external partners. We are looking for a clear and concise communicator with excellent project and organisational skills and enthusiasm for self-improvement, as well as ensuring systems proficiency across the team.

Experience in using SAP would be highly advantageous in this position.
