Drybar Manager

Our team is looking for a Drbary manager to lead our team of stylists at H beauty Bristol. Exclusive to Harrods and H beauty, Drybar offers an elevated blow-dry experience for every occasion.  At Drybar our manager will both lead the team and the customer experience, upholding and enforcing Harrods and Drybar core values, standards, and policies.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for the operational day-to-day business and is fully responsible for the performance of the DryBar Salon. This role is 65% based on the salon floor as part of the front of house team to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and H beauty brand.

About You 

You will have the ability to lead remarkable customer service and genuine passion for quality, you will have previous experience in inventory management and scheduling, as well as the ability to grow the base business.  As the Drybar Manager you will hire, train, and develop your team, leading the team by example.

You'll Also have -

• Strong communication and leadership
• Recruiting, staffing and schedule management experience
• Demonstrable management experience in a fast-paced Salon or similar environment 
• Level 2-3 NVQ Hair Stylist, desirable but not required.
• The flexibility to work weekends and late nights. 
• Experience of industry standard software (POS, Booker, Pabau & Core by Premier) 
• Excellent client rapport; ability to advise clients on treatments
