Fashion Fitter

Our Tailoring Team are looking for an experienced Fashion Fitter to deliver an exceptional standard of workmanship to provide our customers with their exact needs. Our Tailors department at Harrods is a bespoke service that offers clients the freedom to restore or reimagine garments anew. 

About the Role

The Fashion Fitters role is to provide a professional, effective and efficient fitting service for the support of the fashion sales team in order to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience.  This role involves fitting all types of garments across a variety of fabrics and styles (e.g. fur, leather, bias cut and technical fabrics)

Whilst not carrying out fittings, Fashion Fitters will be required to carry out alterations in the studio as well as support in upskilling the fashion sales team to carry our basic fittings themselves.

You will be charismatic and able to provide world-class customer service to all clients. You will show a strong sense of pride in your work and technical abilities.

You will be passionate and show your ability to set a standard and meet it consistently. You will also show resilience; overcoming any challenges that may arise.

You will also have:

• A keen eye, ensuring that all technical work has been completed meticulously.
• The ability to communicate with clients and co-workers seamlessly and effectively.
• Be creative and emphasise our value of “uniquely you” in your work.
• Good time-management, ensuring that all alterations and fittings have been completed in a timely manner.
• The ability to provide a bespoke approach to each fitting.
