We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate professional to join our team in Fine Watches. If you have a passion for Fine Watches, a keen eye for trends, and a talent for crafting compelling narratives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role


As a Brand Manager you will be the face of one of our Fine Watches brands, providing a holistic shopping experience that is as unique as it is memorable. You will drive trade through building a loyal client base and delivering exceptional service standards.  In the role, you will be responsible for raising the profile of the brand and build extensive networks across the store to maximise sales and eventing opportunities. 

You will be the key point of contact with the brand representatives externally, compiling detailed weekly reports and building a trusted relationship.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

As a exceptional retail professional, you will not only specialise in your own brand but will also have an in-depth appreciation of the wider industry and Harrods itself. You are driven by passion for our customers and delivering best in class service. You do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. You will deliver excellence through detail, with proven experience in ensuring impeccable Visual Merchandising standards as well as diligent stock management.

You will also have:

  • An interest and knowledge of the Fine Watches industry.

  • Self-motivation and be naturally curious, you will be keen to develop your product and industry knowledge

  • An out-of-the-box mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to engage analytical approaches in driving the business of your brand, and have a genuine passion and interest.
