Food Technologist - Ambient

About you

You are a very naturally attention to detail person with a few years’ experience as a Food Technologist. You must have a degree in Food Science or related discipline. Previous experience within a similar role is a must, as is knowledge of EU food law and labelling regulations.

What to expect

As a Food Technologist for our ambient food (tea, coffee, chocolate, gourmet grocery), you will be the ambassador of quality for Harrods own label products ensuring brand reputation and due diligence is maintained at all times. Accurate and with keen attention to detail, you will deliver the technical strategy to create products of unrivalled quality, that are safe and legal, and worthy of the world’s greatest food emporium. You will manage a number of our suppliers both in the UK and internationally so you would be expected to travel occasionally.
