Hair Stylist

Our Hair and Beauty Salon is looking for a creative and experienced hairstylist, to provide an excellent quality of service whilst maintaining a high standard of client experience.

The Salon is a serene and tranquil beauty space, with unrivalled access to the world’s most exclusive treatments.

We have full-time and part-time roles available

About The Role

In this role you will be responsible for creating a seamless service whilst upholding the highest level of discretion. You will be a connoisseur in hairstyling; providing an exceptional cut and blow-dry treatment whilst maintaining salon cleanliness.

You will be well-versed in our treatment menu and products, performing client consultations and effectively advise clients on retail products as well as guiding them on their customer journey regarding treatment planning.

About You

You will be an expert in managing a fast-paced schedule; ensuring that meetings, appointments and targets are met in a timely manner. You’ll have previous exposure servicing a high-end clientele with understanding of client confidentiality. You’ll also need:

• To be a qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist.
• The functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform multiple services such as; hair-cutting, blow-dry, tong and straightening styles and dry-styling.
• Extensive knowledge of our treatments, services and products within our Salon, whilst providing client product education.
• The ability to be creative and show an eagerness to learn and adapt.
• To be communicative with clients and co-workers alike.
• The ability to motivate the team with fresh ideas and advise clients with the latest style and look.
