About You

You will be an accomplished and established HR Business Partner specialised in change project management .You ideally will have supported a retail or hospitality client group or equivalent and offer a bounty of expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and wider strategy projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategic content into realistic operational change initiatives; you will enjoy working in a fast paced and changing business. Your cutting edge HR knowledge and ability to drive change will be highly evident. Admirable influencing skills and great coaching experience is a must as you’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior business leaders, lead challenging conversations and interactions and drive accountability and leadership behaviours throughout the business.

What to Expect

You will work to support a defined client group within Harrods reporting directly to the HR Operations Director. You will be involved in organisational change programmes, defining and supporting the delivery of change of all sizes and scale. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:  People Planning, Organisation Effectiveness & Change, Talent Cycles, Organisational Capability, Relationship Management & Partnering, HR Thought leadership.
