We're always looking to connect with talented HR Business Partners who would be interested in joining our BP team based in Knightsbridge.

Our team of HRBPs play a significant role in our business by operating as strategic advisors to our Directors; supporting them in the delivery of their business objectives by developing a people plan that links directly to their business strategy. Additionally, our HRBPs play a key role in talent management working alongside our Directors to ensure we have a strong talent pipeline that fulfil both current and future business needs.

We are looking for Business Partners who like to work in an environment where they are enabled to operate as true strategic partners. You will need to be able to demonstrate to us that you have the drive and confidence to challenge the business to progress the people agenda. You will possess excellent relationship management and communication skills and a consultancy mindset and relish operating in fast paced challenging environments. 

Bringing creativity and innovation to what we do is important; we want people to join our team that can bring a point of difference. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the HR agenda within your business areas and therefore directly see the impact of your role.
