Interior Designer- 12 Month FTC

As an Architectural Designer, you will provide original, innovative and detailed designs to support the delivery of HI projects from inception to completion for a broad variety of creative briefs. You will be responsible for delivering the defined activities and projects from the strategy through the team.

You’ll be accountable for the development of scheme designs for the interior architect’s elements that provide an effective solution to the creative brief. You’ll also be responsible for the presentation, detailed drawings and documentation for tender, construction and installation of all Interior Architecture aspects of the project and joinery within a specific project in accordance with the approved designs and specifications.

About you.

You’ll have effective leadership skills to inspire and nurture a team by flexing own style as appropriate. You’ll have great organisational skills to coordinate with other consultants and suppliers on all aspects of the projects. You should be able to put together a complete set of tender/construction drawings and to respond to site queries efficiently. By having excellent prioritasion skills, you’ll be able to resolve any design issues and quality control is in place through regular site visits.
