IT Change Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager to join our IT division and manage all changes within the Harrods Change Management policy.

As a Change Manager will adopt best practices to ensure that all of our ITIL processes are both effective and efficient. Your experience in this area will ensure that we can continually evolve and improve our processes to make them fit for purpose in the Harrods organisation.

You will develop and embed a suitable Change Management framework, chair the IT CAB, authorising acceptable changes and protecting the live service from unacceptable risk. You will embrace the process users and inform the stakeholders, educating and evangelising your process and the wider ITSM remit along the way.

Responsible for the entire Change Management process, including scheduling and coordinating, you will ensure that each change is carried out with confidence and quality. Establishing yourself as the central and accepted point of contact for change, you must be a confident communicator and robust negotiator, able to deal with senior stakeholders across the business.

To be successful, you must have experience in Change Management process and execution, as well as experience running CAB, delivering KPIs and reporting to senior stakeholders. Experience in other ITSM roles and an understanding of technologies (DB/apps/network/infrastructure) is also required.

Please note that while based in Hammersmith, the role will require time in our Knightsbridge location and may require some travel to other Harrods office locations including the distribution centre in Thatcham.
