About You
You will have worked in a similar role with previous planning experience and media channel knowledge. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and our meticulous brands and will ensure smooth scheduling and bookings are managed within our teams.

Pro-active and organised, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and possessing experience working within luxury retail will be an added advantage.


What to Expect
In order to be successful in this role, you will work to gain a strong understanding of all media specifications and selling sites across the Harrods Media portfolio.

As the Senior Planning and Operations Executive, you can expect to: .

  • Oversee and manage the optioning and booking process across all media inventory with the effective system and scheduling in place at all times, ensuring all bookings are completed
  • Manage flatplans on behalf of the sales team and ensure all ad pages and inserts are positioned within guarantee and sales team are working to paging and copy deadlines
  • Assist with the in-store advertising programme including but not exclusive to all digital media, posters, displays, light-boxes, lift wraps and windows

We’ll expect you to be able to work autonomously so it is important that you’ll be a motivated self-starter type, but be confident in your approach to build strong networks across the business, as a close relationship with each of our multiple functions and relationship building is crucial.
