The heart of the role

As the Merchandising Admin Assistant you’ll provide crucial administrative support to the Merchandising team.  One of your key responsibilities will be to produce the weekly and daily trade reports ensuring a high degree of accuracy is always maintained.  Working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser, you’ll support with price changes, markdowns and preparation for the sale period.  You will also take ownership of managing Open to Buy requests from the Buying teams whilst helping to monitor stock deliveries and replenishment.  Communication is important as you will build strong relationships with different teams in the business including Buying and Distribution.

About You

You are eager to start your career in Merchandising and have a real passion for luxury.  Efficient, analytical and an optimiser, you always aim to exceed targets.  You will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with Excel and SAP.  With a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach you will successfully manage the day-to-day merchandising tasks and ensure all reports are maintained.
