We are looking for a Online Assistant Trade Manager to join out lovely team here at Harrods. The key responsibility of this role is to meet and maximise divisional sales and operations under the guidance of the Trading Manager

About the Role

As the Online Assistant Trade Manager you will support the Trading Manager as well as overseeing the work of the Online Trading Assistant. The role requires an efficient professional who is detail oriented, accurate, highly organised, proactive, flexible, with good commercial awareness and ability in analysing figures and data.

You will also:

  • Assess productivity of the online range throughout each season.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Harrods divisional positioning in the greater market.
  • Own and develop the domestic and international merchandising strategy of divisional product landing pages
  • Working cross collaboratively to facilitate A/B testing modules to maximise customer experience and boost conversion
  • Be managing the Assistant; overseeing their daily tasks and monitoring performances.

About You

You must have previous experience in an Online Trading Assistant position with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. The ideal candidate should demonstrate composure and resilience in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a strong communicator, who excels in organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have a strong understanding of trade reporting and analytics tools,  and a good understanding of  brand and industry knowledge of current activity, trends and positioning.
