We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team here at Harrods. This role will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital media campaigns that drive customer growth and acquisition, digital revenue, and brand demand across key markets.
About the Role
The Paid Media Manager will lead an internal team of two executives and one assistant as well as two external digital agency teams to plan and deliver digital media activity across Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube and emerging platforms, supporting a combination of always-on performance marketing, loyalty lifecycle campaigns, brand campaign amplification and partnerships marketing initiatives
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Loyalty team with paid social campaigns focused on growth through customer retention and reactivation, as well as customer acquisition
- Partner with the Brand Marketing team to support the digital media execution of brand campaigns in key markets: UK and GCC
- Partner with the H beauty Marketing team to support the digital media execution of H beauty awareness campaigns at geo locations within the UK
- Ensure paid media activity remains measurable, effective and aligned with business growth goals
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly Meta as well as planning digital media across platforms including Tik Tok, YouTube, Snapchat and digital video. They will need to have proven ability to optimise campaigns against commercial KPI’s such as online revenue, offline revenue and ROAS.
It is important that you have experience collaborating with Brand and CRM teams on integrated campaigns and working with Partners and sharing goals.
You will also have the following.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data
- Ability to manage multiple campaign types simultaneously across markets
- Clear Communication both written and verbal
