People Analytics Analyst (MI)

We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst (MI) to join our Workday team here at Harrods. The role will also work closely with our HR Operations and HRIS Teams to deliver key projects and ensure stakeholders have access to the data and insight they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making

About the Role

The People MI Analyst will Shape, build and deliver new reports in PowerBI to meet and adapt to changing business needs whilst adhering to GDPR and data governance guidelines. The role will also see you support the production of the current monthly MI dashboards and help  in  the  buildout  of  further  dashboards  in  line  with  the  HR  Reporting  &  Analytics Strategy.

You will also;

• Conduct data validation reporting to drive better data accuracy, and testing report builds
• Contribute  to  the  wider  development  of  a  data-driven  culture across the HR community
• Build relationships with key user groups both within and outside HR ensuring the delivery of high quality management information that is valuable, insightful and accessible for the end user

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for working with figures, with the ability to dive into details while also understanding the bigger picture. They will have an inquisitive and challenging mindset, always looking to question and improve existing processes.

Experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application, preferably Workday, is preferred, along with a solid understanding of handling confidential data in compliance with GDPR. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in managing large data sets are essential, as well as expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI. The candidate should be a team player who can manage their own priorities effectively and communicate any conflicting demands clearly and promptly
