Enterprise Services Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity Enterprise Services Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting us as we navigate through the next part of our journey

About the Role

In this role you will lead the delivery and evolution of our IT infrastructure strategy, translating strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, principles, and governance frameworks. Working closely with Architecture and Information Security teams, you will help ensure our infrastructure and cloud platforms remain secure, scalable, and agile, supporting the business's ongoing growth and innovation.

This is a pivotal role within a multi-year infrastructure transformation programme, responsible for shaping, delivering, and supporting the core technology platforms that underpin our IT estate. You will build strong partnerships across Infrastructure and Application teams, gaining a deep understanding of current capabilities and defining a clear path forward, while providing technical leadership across Windows, virtualised, physical, and cloud infrastructure environments

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced infrastructure technology leader with strong expertise across Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware Cloud Foundation, backup and disaster recovery, supported by relevant certifications or significant hands-on experience.

They will possess deep technical knowledge across infrastructure automation and orchestration, Microsoft technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, enterprise networking, security, authentication, and cloud platforms. A solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud authentication is essential, alongside the ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and drive technical direction across diverse teams.
