Reservations Advisor

Our Hair and Beauty team are looking for a Reservations Advisor to join them in offering exclusive treatments and must-have products from the world’s most innovative beauty brands.  

This role will be based in the Harrods Headquarters in Hammersmith within the contact centre with the team of advisors based in this location.  

About The Role 

In this role you will cover call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email for beauty treatments and hair styling. Working as part of the larger team within the contact centre and upholding excellent customer service.

 
About You 

You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and know how to go above and beyond for our customers. Have a passion for the industry and A background in a reservations role or using a reservation system is ideal. You will also:

• Excellent standard of written and spoken English with an understanding of Hair and Beauty terminology and the ability to be discreet and empathetic when discussing sensitive topics with clients 
• Maintain the highest of standards of discretion and confidentiality
• Ensure clients are advised correctly on which treatments suit their needs avoiding any contraindications
• Promote the service in a friendly and professional manner to those who make enquiries and to register new clients
• Have the ability to develop good professional relationships with the service providers, effectively managing their diary and to liaise with them directly to maximise appointment availability and resolve any client queries.
