We need a dynamic Resourcing Specialist to join the Recruitment Team based at our Head Office in Hammersmith to deliver top talent across a number of divisions across our support and head office divisions.

As a Resourcing Specialist, you will guide hiring managers to make the right resourcing choices every step of the way and deliver the right people at the right time, while ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

You will offer support throughout the entire recruitment process; from initial brief, recruitment marketing and CV screening, through to leading interviews and managing the offer process.  You will need to be comfortable with varied assessment and selection methods, creating bespoke recruitment process where appropriate.  As well as spotting a great application, you will also be social media savvy by demonstrating use of Twitter and LinkedIn for candidate attraction and direct sourcing.
