Restaurant Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent is responsible for maximising bookings by delivering a pleasant and efficient reservations service. Also in this role, you will deliver meticulous administrative duties ensuring that every detail of each reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures.

About you

You are passionate about motivating and inspiring your colleagues to provide an exceptional service. You are able to respond effectively to customer complaints ensuring the necessary information is given to the right people.

You are well organised, adaptable and enjoy problem solving. You will be able to observe the flow of the restaurant during service hours and communicate any necessary information to the guests and managers.

You will have a great deal of experience within a fast past environment.

What to expect

This role is all about delivering an exceptional service at Harrods. You will be work closely with the Reservations Manager assuring a smooth flow of reservations, particularly during peak time and you will be able to identify any possible issues. Attention to detail is key in this role, and some of your duties will include supporting any administrative duties, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. With your interpersonal skills, you will be an ambassador of each restaurant and the first point of contact for the restaurant’s customer enquiries and bookings. You will take the lead on making sure that all of the websites and booking sites are updated with the necessary information. By observing your team, you will identify opportunities to train and keep them motivated in enhancing the client experience.
