Sales Associate - Bed & Bath

We’re currently looking for full time Sales Associates to join our established and knowledgeable Homewares Bed & Bath division here at Harrods. This will be a fixed term contract for the duration of 1 year, with the possibility to extend into other departments.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. The Bed & Bath section is a part of our Homewares division where we partner with every customer to understand their needs all the way through to the smallest detail.

We build sustainable relationships with customers, being product experts and at the forefront of what’s hot right now - working with some of the most luxurious and high-end Bed & Bath brands to ensure customers come back time and again.

If you are a luxury home décor enthusiast with an eye for detail and product specifications, passionate about exceptional customer service, and confident using technology (ordering systems, MS Excel etc.) this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

You will also:

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.

• Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.

• You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing

• that anything is possible.

• Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.

• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relation ships with colleagues and customers alike.
