As a Sales Associate within our established and prestigious Homeware department within Harrods, you will be the face of our iconic brand and be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer.

About the Role

Being part of the Homeware team, you’ll immerse yourself in a world of premium gifting, home fragrances, bed and bath, and cookware, working with beautifully crafted collections designed to enhance customers’ homes and lifestyles. You will engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their tastes, spaces and occasions, delivering a personalised and memorable service at every touchpoint.

Our Sales Associates take time to truly understand our customers, combining the Art of Selling with comprehensive product knowledge to drive repeat visits and long‑term relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a tailored, high‑touch service within luxury homeware.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation through effective stock management and replenishment.
  • Helping clients find products that compliment their homes or suit special gifting occasions.
  • Consistently achieving sales targets and performance standards.
  • Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features & benefits of the product.

About You

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail and best‑in‑class experience delivering memorable service. Passionate about luxury homeware you will take pride in creating refined, meaningful experiences for every client.

You will:
