On our fifth floor at Harrods you will find our Hair and Beauty department, which is a serene and tranquil beauty space, with unrivalled access to the most exclusive treatments and products.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate who can provide exceptional customer service whilst selling the world’s most innovative hair and beauty products.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate within the Beauty department, you will be selling the latest in luxury beauty products to our customers. It will require you to share your extensive knowledge of the wide range of products and go above and beyond for our customers, ensuring that you use every opportunity to satisfy our clients.

In this role you will increase sales by being an ambassador for our brand, use your excellent customer service and selling technique to speak to customers who are visiting for appointments and treatments or to peruse our exclusive products.

About You

You will have a strong passion for beauty and the ability to radiate your knowledge through recommending the best products for each individual’s needs.

You will have a warm and genuine personality that ensures the customers who enter, leave the store feeling special. You will also be proactive in building and maintaining customer relationships to increase sales. You will also need:

• To be able to effectively communicate with clients and coworkers alike.
• To be organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities with good time-management.
• The ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve your sales targets.
• To be customer oriented, ensuring that each customer has left satisfied with their experience.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
