Sales Associate - Men's Formal Suiting

About the Role

Our Designer Collections sales associates work with a multitude of luxury formal wear, made to measure and tailored brands, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers.

You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service within our mens formal suiting department. This includes greeting customers, offering a personalised experience, assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards.

About You 

You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, this may include measuring clients, to meet their tailoring needs, styling for special occasions or simply bringing the Harrods magic to Menswear.

We can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight. 

You’ll also:

• Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Be confident in the tailoring field, including made to measure processes
• Have the ability to remain calm and collected even when under pressure.
• You’ll be resilient, believing that anything is possible and can overcome challenges in front of you.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team .
• Enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets
