By Launching our new ‘H Beauty’ store, Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation and theatre to the beauty market. With H beauty, we will meet a demand from beauty customers for experiential retail that allows them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. H beauty will extend our Harrods beauty offering, beyond the Knightsbridge store to new customers.

To support this new concept and new location, we are looking for driven Sales Managers to help us bring the magic of Harrods to life. As a Sales Manager you will assist in delivering the retail, client and employee engagement strategy to achieve business goals through your managers whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand. With your leadership and guidance, your will develop your team to become true Retail superheroes.

About you.

With your ideas and energy, you will thrive in this brand-new concept for Harrods; it’s important you can make a quick impact. You responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for owning and driving own area to exceed business expectations.
  • Actively develop internal talent and support the succession plan across your area.
  • Implement the retail sales and service strategy within the store through the consistent delivery of agreed actions.
  • Build effective working relationships with all concession partners and brand representatives within the store as well as support functions.
  • Actively monitor competitor activity and react accordingly; provide feedback to Store Manager.
  • Work with the Store Manager to identify future staffing requirements and agree activity necessary to source the best candidates based on financial KPI’s.
