What to expect

We are looking for an Sales Manager to join our Technology department - Apple. Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will coach your team to deliver the Harrods customer service experience and achieve sales targets. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes.

To be successful you will be a masterful motivator, adapting your style to suit each team member and client. You will also need to be a true people person in order to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.  When set-backs appear, you’ll stay positive, suggesting and implementing swift solutions.
