Salon Support

We are looking for Salon Support to join the team in our Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon. The Salon Support role will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the salon, dealing with clients, carrying out hairdressing services and assisting colleagues.

As a member of the Salon support team you will be ensuring there is adequate supply of clean laundry including towels and gowns. Ensuring Health and Safety standards and cleanliness levels are maintained, and the laundry is organised at all times.

You will develop valuable practical experience by working in a salon environment and being exposed to a high standard of professional hairdressing on a day to day basis.

If you are passionate about working with people and delivering exceptional customer service experience with a passion in the Hair & Beauty industry this will be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for talent people who have the following:

• Organised and able to work independently without close supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English and good communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience within a Hair Salon or interest within the Hair & Beauty industry
