SAP Test Lead

We are looking for a SAP Test Lead to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring that all SAP implementations, integrations, and updates meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality

About the Role

The SAP Test Lead will develop and document comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for SAP S/4HANA projects as well as allocating tasks and managing resources to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

You will also;

• Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all interfaces function correctly within the overall SAP ecosystem
• Prepare detailed test reports, including outcomes, identified issues, and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate and support UAT sessions with end-users to ensure the system meets operational needs and expectations

About You

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP testing, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and strong exposure to automation testing using Tricentis TOSCA. It is important that you have also demonstrated success in implementing automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA or automation tools and frameworks, particularly those relevant to SAP environments.

We are looking for someone who have previous experience with popular test management tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA and Familiarity with other testing tools and methodologies to supplement automation efforts while being a Test Lead or Manager within SAP environments.
